Our Corgi Crew- The fun, fluffbutted lowrider crowd of the ranch
About 2 years ago I stepped back from my established 5 year corgi breeding program. I needed a break emotionally and mentally. To breed and raise dogs in the way it should be done is all consuming. I, essentially was exhausted. I consider each day to a dog important. Such as how an animal lives its daily life, is raised and is treated. For us, our dogs (and all animals for that matter) are part of our family. My breeding program dogs were no different. They enjoyed daily life on the farm which consisted of alot of walks on the trails. After being fixed, my breeding dogs were placed with prior puppy families that keep me updated with their lives, which is important to me. Our remaining corgis on the ranch are Cooper, Gypsy, and Cinch, all who are fixed. But, I did keep one female intact, just in case, and her name is Smooch. She is the result of a highly proven pairing of my former stud Captain Kip and foundation female Sweet Kiwi. Windy Ridge Livestock which was our former farm name when we were more livestock focused still watermarks some of my pictures. But alas, the winds of change.
Smooch is fully health tested, and was just bred on her 3rd heat cycle. She will be due to whelp on March 7, 2026. This will be my first litter of corgis in almost 2 years. To say I am anxious would be an understatement. Time will tell if there will be more. Right now, I do not aspire to have the breeding program I once did. If anything it will be small using outside studs for my girl Smooch. Think small and extremely hands on like my Vanner program. As seen on my FB page, I also did my first dog foster, which was a mama due to whelp. We assisted with whelping and finding homes for the 4 resulting puppies and mama.....who is now part of our family (her name is Lyra) and happens to be Smooch's best friend.
Both Sire and Dam are fully health tested for DM, VWD1, EIC and PRA-RCD3 which is of high importance. The testing status for Smoochs Spring Blossoms litter is as follows:
DM (Clear)
EIC (Clear)
VWD1 (Clear or Carrier Not Affected)
PRA-RCD3 (Clear)
Fluffy ( No Fluff, Fluff Carrier or Full Fluffy)
Bluie color dilution gene (Carriers)
Puppies will come having been wormed at 2,4,6 and 8 weeks. 1st puppy shots given and Vet Checked. A goody bag with food, a blanket, toys and appropriate paperwork will also accompany them.
These sweet babies are raised in our home with lots of love and handling. Once they are old enough they are moved to our barn office/dog apartment where they can grow and have more room. Once in the office they are litterbox trained (wood pellets) and that makes house training for you a breeze.
We do accept reservations on litters. To reserve, we accept a $300 deposit which is applied to the total price of the puppy. Please send me a message to discuss my puppy contract, home suitability, pricing and availability BEFORE using the below button to Pay Now.

Smooch- Our beautiful home raised bluie merle American Corgi.

"Kip" was an amazing sire and cornerstone in our breeding program. He was health tested all clear, strong working tendencies and sired gorgeous puppies for my program. He is the sire to "Lotus Haven Ranch's Smooch"

"Kiwi" was also one of our foundation American Corgi females. Good, quirky and downright fun to be around. She is the dam of "Lotus Haven Ranch's Smooch", so I see those traits daily.
